Target of the position岗位目标:

· Establish and improve the processes related with this post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949,

ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and Headquarters;

· Implement and ensure in line with Management System;

· Organisational support changes in the ongoing series

· Coordination with the responsible project manager

· Continuous improvement of our products and processes

· Assurance and traceability of changes in the current series on the site of Dalian

Responsibility Scope职责范围:

• Examination of the requested change on the tabled Amendment CF-0005
• Coordination with the responsible development project manager
• Procurement of the necessary documents
• Create a schedule with milestones
• Monitoring of measures and milestones
• Coordination of the entire change process
• Organization of regular project meetings during the changing phase
• Preparation of documents for the manufacture of mouldings with approved changes (patterns folder)
• Organise necessary tests during the changing phase
• Operational coordination during the change to the affected departments
• Assistance in the Organization of pattern manufacturing
• Participation in the product development team
• Responsibility for the product management in PLM
• Documentation of results and sharing of the information with the require development project manager and the applicant
• Involvement and participation in the continuous improvement in the company

Leadership skills:

• Executive function
• Project-related assignment to the development project manager
• Technical function of Deputy project leader
• Coordination between project managers and internal departments concerned

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

· Education in the technical field (engineer level)

· Training or comparable training and experience expected

· Organizational skills, autonomous and independent work

· Team ability

· Strong technical understanding and interest to work in new areas of expertise

· Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills

· Knowledge of languages advantageous (English, German)

· In-depth knowledge of drawing standards, symbols and measurements

· Flexibility, resilience

· Travel activity
