Target of the position岗位目标:

· Organize related staff to finish the production according to production plan in good quality and in required time 组织并协调各工序按照生产计划在规定时间内完成合格产品的生产，保证生产效率；

· Manage the production process to ensure the standard process capability and parts with good quality.管理生产过程确保产品质量及工序能力；

· Consumable material cost and personal cost in the OPL target. 生产过程的消耗及人员成本在公司目标以内；

· Scrap rate in the company target.废弃率目标在公司目标以内；

· Worksite issues fulfil the EHS system requirement. 工作现场符合EHS体系的要求；

· Qualified operator 100%. 生产员工岗位符合率100%；

· Manage the document, tools, tooling, facility, raw material, package material in order and fulfil the 5S requirement. 保证生产现场文件，工具，工装，工位器具，物料等整洁，放置有序符合5S要求；

· Production data(SAP, Maximo，CPIS) 100% correct生产数据(包括SAP 和Maximo，CPIS)记录准确率100%

· Continuously improve the production processes and maintenance process 持续改进生产流程及维护流程；

· Establish and improve the processes related with this post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and Headquarters.根据ISO/TS16949， ISO14001， OHSAS18001标准和总部的要求，建立并改进与本岗位相关的工作流程

· Complement and ensure are in line with Management System.在职责范围内，严格按照管理体系的要求执行

Responsibility Scope职责范围:

· organize the production and rework according to production plan根据生产计划组织生产人员进行生产及返修工作;

· Responsible for production data analysis. 负责对生产数据进行统计分析;

· Organize related people to defined the TOP problem action and follow up the status负责组织TOP问题的措施定义及状态跟踪

· Responsible for information board management and data update. 负责对生产信息板的管理;

· Responsible for production document management. 负责现场文件的管理;

· Responsible for tooling daily maintenance and stock management. 负责工装的使用日常维护及库存状况管理;

· Responsible for worksite management including tools, tooling, facility, raw material, packaging material. 负责现场的管理，包括工具，工装，工位器具，原材料，包装材料等的管理;

· Responsible for operator planning and shift planning. 负责操作人员的人员计划及班次计划.

· Responsible for operator training, checking and evaluation. 负责对操作人员进行培训，考核，及评估;

· Responsible for manage of duty, vacation, overtime of operator. 负责操作人员的出勤，休假，加班的管理;

· Responsible for control the consumable material consumption according to ration. 负责根据消耗材料的定额控制消耗材料的使用;

· Responsible for production efficiency continues improvement. 负责生产效率的持续改进;

· Responsible for worksite 5S continues improvement. 负责生产现场5S的持续改进;

Working Task(details)工作描述:

· Organize the production according to production plan and follow up the status, find out the deviation and organize related staff take action to remove the deviation. 每天根据生产计划组织生产，并跟踪生产状况，对于出现的差异组织相关人员及时采取措施消除差异;

· Establish the personnel plan according to capacity planning and create the training plan and shift plan. 每年，每月根据产能预测制定人员需求计划，培训计划，倒班计划;

· Monthly evaluate the operator and training the operator to improve the production efficiency. 每月及每年对于人员进行考核，评估，培训以提高人员工作效率;

· Manage the tools, tooling, facility, raw material and packaging material in order. 对生产现场的工具工装工位器具原材料，包装材料等定置定位管理;

· Manage the production data ensure all the data input in time and correctly. 对生产数据的录入管理，检查确认生产数据的及时性及准确性，保证SAP数据与产出及废弃的实物数量及时间相符;

· Weekly and Monthly analysis the production data to find out the TOP problem (including scrap, efficiency, down time, cost) and organize maintenance team and manufacturing technical team to defined the action and following up the status. 每周每月对生产数据进行分析，找出问题（废弃，效率，停机，成本等），并组织维修，生产技术及相关人员定义措施，跟踪问题状态。

· Responsible for implement the action and follow up the status related to the production organize of quality problem, efficiency problem, down time problem and cost problem. 负责组织实施质量问题，效率问题，停机问题，成本问题和生产组织相关的措施并跟踪状态;

· Collect the idea related to efficiency and 5S, organize related people to create the implement plan follow up the status. 收集和生产效率及现场5S相关的持续改进的建议，组织相关人员制定改进计划并跟踪实施。

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

· Education: Bachelor degree on Engineer in mechanics and/or electronics;

教育背景：本科以上学历，机械，电气等相关专业；

· Professional experiences: More than three years management work experiences in production processes.

专业背景：至少三年以上生产管理经验。

· Foreign languages and level：English fluent both in written and oral.

语言要求：流利的英语听说读写能力；

· Management System Requirement: Basic knowledge on ISO/TS16949,ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 related to production according to management system.

管理体系要求：掌握ISO/TS16949,ISO14001,OHSAS 18001体系对生产相关工作的要求，并按照体系要求执行。

· Office Software : Good computer skills, ability to work with Microsoft office tool very well

办公软件：熟练操作电脑，能够熟练使用Microsoft office工具。
