Position: Project Manager
? Assist with the management and direction of the initiation, planning, execution, control and closeout phases of the project life cycle;
? Work with clients directly on requirement analysis;
? Good English written and verbal skills; good people management skills;
? Develop, refine and implement work plans, quality controls, scope and schedule to ensure project deliverables, milestones and required tasks are completed as planned;
? Identify and assist with managing resource constraints;
? Define and prioritize project requirements; track and resolve issues and identify risks as well as mitigation strategies.
? Complete all other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills (rank in order of Importance):
? A minimum of 3+ years of Project management experience managing all phases of the IT project life cycle
? Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (agile is a big plus)
? The project manager will lead the project planning, management and facilitation for the client. Candidate must engage and support management and end users of all organizations and functional areas.
? previous programing experiences are big plus
