Key Responsibilities:

Integrate and implement KB Truck strategies and master projects;
Develop, deploy and execute functional strategies;
People Leadership (Target setting & controlling, KB Dialogue, Feedback and Recognition, Personnel Placement Planning and People Development, ect.);
Support STRAP, mid-term and short-term planning process;
Support budget planning, analysis, review and ongoing controlling;
Coordinate improvement projects with/between Cocs and plant management;
Drive and monitor the process projects;
Coach people in application of related methods and tool and take over local trainings;
Coordinate and support KPS audits;
Identify related training needs and coordinate local training approach;
Building up competencies in KPS practices and methods through training, certifications, coaching and facilitation of kaizen events;
Ensuring that lean thinking is applied to new customer and product introductions by coordinating and lead "KPS Check workshop"
Contribute to the worldwide KPS network and be the major contact for related communication.

Qualification:

Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Logistic;
At least 2 years experience in leading lean improvement team;
Solid knowledge on lean production system (Kanban/Pull/TPM/Time Study);
Good English Skill.
