Position title:Finance&HR Business Technology Client Partner - GFS ASIA

Position Purpose:
The GFS BT Business Partner manages the overall IT relationship with Solution Delivery teams. The selected candidate will be the primary escalation point for IT related activities in that business area, including communicating F&HR BT strategic direction to the business, end-to-end delivery of new technical solutions, and ongoing support for F&HR BT systems. When required the selected candidate will work with ancillary source systems owners within F&HR BT, BTI and ERP solution delivery and technical teams to manage incidents and drive them to resolution. The selected candidates will drive business values for GFSA,define technology solutions and services to enable the business.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Understand the F&HR BT strategic direction and business operational needs
· Develop the GFSA IT roadmap in partnership with other BT work streams
· Identify opportunities where technology can support business goals
· Support the business goals by contributing to the development of strong business cases, influencing and negotiating to reach satisfactory outcomes for all whilst meeting Pfizer's operational service needs.
· Ensure business is familiar with the agreed service levels of all systems, Standard Incident and Escalation process, and Change Management process
· Ensure that agreed service levels for availability and quality of all systems are met
· Day-to-day responsibility for the operation of existing systems
· The single point of contact and accountability for business stakeholders for technology-related questions, opportunities and issues
· Assist the business in better understand service offering available from internal and external IT service providers.
· Optimize the use of off-share Managed Services to support all applications
· Ensure compliance with Policies and Procedures, emerging best practice, technology, and standards including audit, SOX, compliance, validation and IPP requirements.
· Use the deployment of quality methodologies such as Six Sigma to benchmark both process and systems performance

Qualifications:
· MINIMUM: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
· WORK EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: MINIMUM: Have 5 - 10 years of progressive experience in IT and management on a global scale. Demonstrated client focus and customer service orientation; must be able to work effectively in a team-based environment within IT leaders, business divisions, and third-party vendors.
· Be able to demonstrate experience of Financial ERPs
· Qualifications in Project Management and Program Management (PMP, PRINCE II, etc)
· Experience of Continuous Improvement, including Green Belt (Six Sigma )
· Be able to demonstrate success in enabling common standards, processes and methodologies across a global organization.
· Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and to deliver effective presentations to a variety of audiences.
· Possess the ability to interact comfortably with all levels of management and staff in IT and customer groups.
· Ability to manage across multiple work streams and initiatives globally; must handle conflicting work priorities according to business, technical, and financial need
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills - English Speaking & Writing Skills
· Demonstrated client focus and service orientation; must be able to work effectively in a team-based environment within IT, business divisions, and third-party vendors
· Willingness to be on call or provide onsite support to GFSA during period close when applicable
· Able to take the initiative to solve problems quickly and completely
