Key Responsibilities：

Analytical reconciliation of the actual sales volumes against the budgeted criterion (pre-paid and paid in arrears)

Deep understanding of applicable SoX and SoDs as per compliance requirements and implementing them in daily operations

Analyze, annotate and report on RE vs ABP, RE vs Prior month RE, volume trends, and Risks & Opportunitiesü  Identify variances against Business Plan, trends, and add commentary for presentation in Monthly Board Review.

Support data gathering and analysis for Value Chain process (Innovation, Renovation, Line extensions)

Analyze, annotate and report on RE vs ABP, RE vs Prior month RE, volume trends, and Risks & Opportunitiesü  Timely and accurate submission in the system of forecasts including management reports

Source and scrub data from internal and external sources

Investigate and research open items and follow up/escalate with different teams for resolution of open items

Package results, add commentary and communicate with stakeholders

On a regular or adhoc basis, perform scenario analysis to optimize trade promotions and trade spendRole Requirement：

Accounting graduates with relevant experience, MBA   (finance full time)ü  Domain knowledge –Basic analytics & report development

About 5-8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably from FMCG industry

Excellent understanding of Customer Business Planning activities and supporting data

Good understanding of downstream processes of Deductionsü  Experience with TPM applications

 Prior experience in Beverage industry preferred

 Investigate and research open items and follow up/escalate with different teams for resolution of open items
