1. 生产计划的编制，下达以及完成情况跟踪。

Production plan formulation, releasing and follow up.

2. 根据客户的需求制定原材料订单，并发放给供应商。

Order Raw Material according to customer’s inquiry, and release the forecast to supplier.

3. 根据公司的目标要求，控制原材料库存。

Inventory control accoding to Company strategy.

4. 跟踪原材料的运输，交付，保证及时率和准确率。

Follow up the transporation and delivery of RM, ensure the on time arrival for production.

5. 进出口报关报检工作的日常联络及跟踪，海关商检日常业务对应。

Import/Export customs declaration and inspection work, daily contact and following; customs & CIQ related operation.

6. 进出口业务的相关单据进行存档及管理。

Responsible for the management of documents related to import/export business. Handover relevant documents to the Finance on time.

7. 协助财务完成相关的收汇及付汇工作。

Support the Finance for the foreign exchange settlement
