  Presently, we are looking for Senior Project Process Lead with sound accounting knowledge. You will be responsible for identifying the opportunities for process and system improvement, conducting the testing and trainings, reviewing and approving the function during system deployment, drafting and deployment SOP/Process Maps.

   

  About the role

  We are expanding our business in Dalian. As an RGP Consultant, you will be part of our projects.

   

   Key Responsibilities....                        

• Support Project Manager in implementation of function.

• Work closely with process SMEs & market finance to meet the project objectives.

• Ensure the completion of the project deliverables.

• Support all project management activities including progress tracking, status reporting, communication, issue resolution, change management knowledge management etc.

• Review and approve the functions during system configurations.

    

  Qualifications and Requirements                   

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field required.

• 5+ years’ accounting experience in Multinational Companies, functional experience in one or more of the accounting functions: AP, AR, GL, Intercompany, FA and etc.

• Good knowledge of US GAAP & PRC GAAP.

• Proficient in English, and/or another language; ERP proficiency in SAP/Oracle.

• Nice to have finance shared service/BPO exposure; Project Management and Integration experience highly desired; Demonstrated effectiveness in team engagement and process improvements

• CPA/CMA/CIA/PMP/Prince2 certificate preferred.
