岗位职责：

Business Management业务管理:
-To conduct overall management of Cash Management and draft report on daily basis under well control and SLA achived
管理客户资金管理业务以及制作报告，每天及时完成任务来达到稳定控制满足SLA要求

To prepare report and Analyse Cash Status Report and submit to client
准备资金状况分析报告及时提供给客户

Capable of communicating with Global team through Email when receive inquiries, if neccesary, need to join meeting with Global team
与总部团队有良好的英语邮件沟通能力，有必要时参加英文会议

客户关系管理 Customer relationship management

To meet the satisfaction of customers through effective communication and assist customers to success

积极与客户沟通，帮助客户及时完成任务来提高客户满意度

Data collection for P&L, BS report and upload into Global System and manage to achieve global KPI
搜集各种利润表，资产负债表及时上传到指定系统来满足KPI达标

Daily opreation managment: cash management and analysis report preparation
每天业务管理操作，资金管理业务以及制作及准备分析报告

任职要求：

Education 教育背景:
-Minimum bachelor’s Degree 本科及以上学历
-Major in Accounting or Finance is preferred 财务专业优先考虑

English 英语水平:
Good English Reading and Writing skills 良好的英语读写能力
Good Oral English is preferred 良好的口语能力优先考虑

Experience 工作经验:
3 years above working experience of Financial and Reporting related job
3年以上财务工作经验以及财务报告相关工作经验优先

Technical competencies:(Job related) 技术能力（岗位相关的）:
-Good Japanese communication and negotiation skills 良好的日语沟通能力以及技巧
- Writing & Oral English requied. 英语读写以及口语能力
-Excellent knowledge of finance & accounting processes 良好的财务背景
-Good communication skills 良好的沟通能力
