• Experience working within AWS and/or Azure cloud environment.
• Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
• SQL Server experience
• Knowledge of Macintosh Operating Systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products

• JavaScript 1.8.5 (ECMAScript 5), REST service

Cloud

• MCSE / MCITP/MCP/ RHCSA (Red Hat Certified System Administrator)/ VCP (VMware Certified Professional) Azure, OMS, AWS Trained/Certified
• Cloud platforms AWS, Azure
• Google Chrome Developer Tools

• Scientific knowledge, Chemistry/Biology educational background
• JIRA
• ChemDraw, Signals Notebook
• Other Database Knowledge: Oracle, Access
• Networking knowledge
• Knowledge of IIS or Web technologies
• Support experience

Competencies：

• Ground concepts of Cloud Computing, AWS, Azure, OMS, (Operations Management System)
• Superior English literacy and numeracy skills required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel.
• Able to perform Tier 1 troubleshooting to manage and resolve support issues.
• Self-starter, attention to detail.
• Flexible to cover US or European work hours.
• Must work well in team environment.

Accountabilities：

• Weekly case reviews with manager and peers.
• Metric measurements will include customer satisfaction, work quality and knowledgebase contributions.
• Provide electronic support for Desktop Software Products.
• Answer technical support phone line for Desktop Software Products.
• Update Support web site with technical information.
