Skill and competency技能及任职能力：

? knowledge in programming with ABB\KUKA and FANUC Robot.

对ABB、KUKA和FANUC 机器人编程有深入的了解。

? knowledge in Siemens Step 7 and TIA Portal programing .

能够运用Siemens Step7 和TIA 博图进行PLC 程序调试和编写。

? knowledge in all kinds of field Bus , eg. Profibus, Profinet, devicenet, I/O link , CClink etc.

熟悉各种总线协议， 如Profibus, Profinet, devicenet, I/O link , CClink 等

? experience of VW, BMW or Mercedes-Benz robot commission

有VW,BMW 或者 奔驰项目的调试经验。

? Good English language skills

能够运用英语进行良好沟通

? Willingness to travel

能够适应出差

? To accept shift work

This position requires but not limits following major job functions. Temporary duties consuming <10% of working time are not listed unless it is an essential job function.

本岗位职责包含但不限于以下列出的主要工作职责，占用工作时间小于10% 的临时职责没有列出，除非它是主要职责。

1. Based on Robot Start-up E7A

基于机器人工程师Start-up E7A的所有要求。

2. Start-up of robots under the guidance, testing of the function, setting and optimizing of subroutines involving specifications such as design lists, schedules, checklists or similar. If necessary, perform simple conversions to existing systems

在指示下启动机器人，进行功能测试，依据标准文档配置和优化子程序，相关文档内容包括设计清单，时间表，检查表，以及其他类似。如有必要，对现有程序进行简单修改。

3. Commissioning and testing of the safety functions/security software of the robots under the guidance and inclusion of checklists and specifications.

在指导下进行机器人的安全功能测试和安全软件测试，并将测试内容写入检查清单和规范。

4. Supplementation of reports, protocols (e.g. checklists, measurement protocols, fault list,)

补充报告和记录，包括检查报告，测量记录以及报警列表等。

5. Independent Start-up/adjustment/optimization of optical sensors/cameras for the position detection of workpieces under guidance and including of checklists /specifications.

在指示下根据标准与检查列表，独立完成光电传感器与摄像系统进行启动配置与调试用于对工件位置的检测工作。

6. Independent teaching and programming of the common robotic system (KUKA, ABB, FANUC) under guidance.

在指示下独立完成一般机器人系统的示教和编程工作（KUKA，ABB,FANUC机器人）。

7. Testing of functions according to instruction and detecting of malfunction (e.g. wiring errors, software errors, parameterization errors,…)

根据提示和故障检测（如线路错误，软件错误，参数化错误等）测试功能。

8. Siemens blocks about robot control for simple changes under using templates, sometimes directly at the customer side.

在标准模板下简单的修改有关机器人控制的西门子模块程序，有时直接在客户现场处理。

9. Preparation of the machine documentation (e.g. maintenance and operating manuals, circuit documents, training documents,)

准备设备文档（维护和操作手册，电气图纸，培训文档等）。

10.Handling other tasks assigned by the general manager or the supervisor.

承办总经理或上级主管/经理安排的其他事宜。
