1.Establish local KPS roadmap in agreement with plant management, CoCs and Central T/IE, and continuously follow up and redirect it as well as break down into target objectives for the local plant management.

2.Identify and prioritize improvement projects with the plant management, based on Value Stream Assessment.

3.Drive & monitor the progress of the projects using value stream map, scorecards and value stream plan.

4.Coordinate and update KPS projects in Strong Focus and KPS-KPIs in KPS tool and reports.

5.Coordinate and support plant KPS-audits and leading/monitoring improvement project implementaion.

6.CoordInate engineer , buyer and SQD to identify VA/VE opportunties and follow up the implemtation per plan.

7.Building up competencies in KPS practices and methods through training, certifications, coaching and facilitation of kaizen events (Lean corner).

8.Leading/supporting on plant layout , manufacturing material flowing optimization.

9.As leading plant KPS manager, support other locations lean improvement if necessary.

10.Plant Scorecard management and coordination for improvement.
