• Reimbursement invoice to DK for spare parts consuming of Non-Viking exchange life rafts .

  

周期性的开具返款发票给丹麦总部，收取为丹麦总部工作产生的费用，如备件消耗费用 等。

  

• Creating customer /vendor code in SAP.

  

在SAP里面创建客户号/供应商号。

  

• Spare parts selling.

  

备件销售

  

• SOA/ life rafts service arrange.

  

船东协议救生筏服务安排

  

• Rarely MFS arrangement for SOA customer .

  

偶尔的协议客户消防服务安排

  

• Refund overpaid for rafts service and outstanding payment chasing.

  

如果多收了客户的预付款，按财务要求准备退款手续，将多收款项退还给客户。

  

  

TASKS

  

• draft the quotation and check Class authorized for respective station 。
• 接到客户询价后，准备初步报价，同时看我们相应的服务站有没有相应船级社的认可。
• ensure the prepayment to account for prepaid customer . For good reputation customer , 30days payment granted
• 如果是预付款客户，督促客户在服务完成前完成付款，对于有良好信誉的客户，可以给予30天的付款期限。
• inform respective station to arrange the service
• 通知相应的服务站安排服务工作。
• update the service status to customer
• 根据服务站的工作进度在客户询问时告知客户工作进度。
• send certs. DN and invoice to customer .
• 服务结束后讲签收单以及发票和支持文件发送给客户。
• quotation 报价
• create order 创建服务订单
• upload invoice and certs , DN to system. 完工后将服务发票，完工单， 证书上传到公司相应系统里面。
• quotation to customer报价给客户。
• release P/O to vendor签发购买合同给我们的外包方。
• create service order 创建服务订单。
• payment application to vendor 当完工后收到外包方发票，提交付款申请给我们财务安排付款。
• send DN ,certs, invoice to customer. 将完工单，证书，发票发送给我们的客户。
• check physical stocks or outsource 掌握备件的实际库存。
• sales order created 创建销售订单。
• packing list and proforma invoice prepared 准备箱单和形式发票。
• issue invoice to customer 开具形式发票给客户。
• payment checking with finance 跟踪账款到账情况。
• raise the correct tickets order in service now 在服务发单系统中建立服务单。
• coordinator with Viking subsidiaries to arrange the service properly和公司的其他分工一起合作妥善安排服务。
• quote the price to customer给客户报价。
• arrange the service after quotation is approved by customer.得到客户订单后，为客户安排服务。
• follow up status to ensure the service fulfilled 跟踪服务进度，确保服务顺利完成。
• send the DN , Certs , Invoice to customer or comets hard-copy sending per customer requested .
• 将服务完工单，证书，发票以及支持文件发送给客户。
• Coordinate with service centre to follow up.和泰国服务中心一起为协助服务中心安排消防服务。

  

  

Job Requirement岗位要求：

  

1. College degree or above大专及以上学历；

2. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills英语听说读写流利；

3. More than one year related working experience一年以上相关工作经验；
