ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

• Exciting Opportunity in a newly created team and role

• The Financial Analyst will be part of a newly created Finance “Centre of Excellence” (COE) team based out of Dalian, CN and providing support to all VF Brands in the APAC region

• Will play a key role in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) activities, financial data consolidation, reporting and other ad-hoc analysis for the area of support

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Include but not limited to

• Monitor actual business performance against budget of the area of support and explain for deviations

• Lead in annual budget setting and monthly financial planning and forecasting (FP&A) for the area of support under the supervision of COE Leader and Regional Brand finance teams

• Consolidate financial data for the area of support and make sure they are accurately reflected in VF Reporting systems

• Prepare and run business management reports comparing actual performance to budget, last year, and forecast for the different areas of business support

• Collaborate with regional brand finance teams in Hong Kong and China and country finance teams in process alignment and reporting and analysis.

• Serve as the regional super user of the financial systems and provide support and trainings to other brand finance and COE colleagues on BPC, MPC and BI

• Work collaboratively various stakeholders to seek feedback, explore opportunities, create value, develop and enhance the process etc.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin, added proficiency in Korean is also preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Excel / Financial systems (e.g. SAP, BPC, BI etc.)

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis

• Manages multiple tasks under tight timelines

• Superior teamwork skills – cross-country

• Strong analytical mind

• Good business acumen

• Positive attitude

• Good communication and influencing skills
