要求：

- Bachelor degree or above;

- 3+ years working experience in specific domain area, such as F&A, procurement, HR, marketing, etc.;

- 3+ years improvement or analytics project experience;

- Very good communication skill and problem resolve capability；

- Quick learning capability, can quick learn new tools and methodology used in analytics projects;

- Strong responsibility and ownership;

- High working efficiency, can handle several tasks in the same time;

- Be sensitive to data;

- Good analytical skill and logicality;

- Be sensitive to client’s business demand;

- Be familiar with statistics and econometrics preferred;

-Be familar of one of the analytics tool like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik sense and etc.
