REQUIREMENTS

Direction of study:     Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering

Graduation:       Bachelor

Command of language:    Advanced English (written & spoken), Chinese (first language)

Personality:       Self-dependent, Authority, good communication skills, having drive

IT Knowledge:      MS Office, SAP

Job experience: Minimum of 3 years job experience in a related function:

? Mechanical Design Function

? Plant layout Function

? Project Management

in the area of mechanical system engineering or plant engineering and construction

Profound technical knowledge.

Willingness to travel. 

Profound organisational, communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure. 

Being familiar with the mode of operation of machining tools. 

Poise.

Commercial knowledge related to purchasing.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

(1):  Supplier acquisition and supplier evaluation

(2): Executing of procurement marketing. Knowledge of market development regarding cost structures, prices, deliveries (ability and quality).

(3):  Acquire knowledge/information regarding technical & commercial conditions of corresponding procurement market.

(4):  Executing & accomplishing of cost reduction measurements

(5):  Processing of complaints

(6):  Technical clarification with headquarter specialists

(7):  Handling of components procurement Import and domestically

OBJECTIVES

(1):  Develop and qualify new suppliers within category within local market (Localization)

(2):  Achieve acceptance/appreciation of internal customer within 6 month.

(3):  Develop her/himself within 6 to 12 month to an accepted achiever within the Grobgroup.
