职责：依据集团年度经营目标制定本部门的管理目标，并对管理目标的达成负责；负责按客户订单要求，做好产品生产计划的安排、跟踪和调整，确保订单如期交货；协助集团常务副总做好年度集团的工作目标和计划案；根据集团年度利润指标及各部门分解的MBO目标指标，过程组织落实；负责在库一个月以上未发货物资的处理、督促工作；负责全集团生产资源的调配工作；推动全集团5S管理工作，明确各区域管理标准，制定检查方案，保证5S部门自检、全集团检查落实；组织质量、管理、生产、安全的专项检查，保证制度的落实；推动和落实安全标准、管理标准、工作标准的制定和落实，制定检查方案，推进标准化管理工作，确保落地；负责价格委员会机制落实，对采购行为实施监管；负责各公司月份备件计划的汇总、调配和平衡工作；负责各公司设备检修计划的审核、监督执行和验证；负责本部门干部、员工工作的布置、指导、检查监督、评价和考核管理工作；负责部门标准化检查工作；负责部门人员劳动纪律检查，部门文化的培育；负责制定本部门相关生产计划、工艺、安全等管理制度。
