?         To perform regular checking on data quality on the AP public websites with technical methods

?         To analyse the data quality issues and problems found, work out solutions together with relevant teams and follow up

• Capture target business processes and carry out gap analysis
• Lead/ participate projects to close the data gaps

?         To analyse and document the lineage of data as it flows between systems and documents within the organisation

?         Identify risks associated with the lineage of the data with respect to Data Governance best practise

?         To maintain the Data Directory, Data Quality requirements and Data Governance Processes on behalf of all Regulatory reports

?         Provide business analyst support to business and technology initiatives aimed at improving data quality, timeliness of delivery, accessibility and availability

?         To own and manage data issues required to be resolved for Regulatory initiatives that are escalated to the Data Governance office through to closure

• Support the Data Governance Office with the completion of the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly data governance tasks
• Develop and produce regular KPIs and stakeholder reports to measure data controls with relevant business teams
• Support regular meetings of the Data Steward Forums and working groups
• To actively promote the Data Governance Council, the Data Governance Framework and the target Data Architecture across the Asia Business teams, including presentations, maintaining the intranet site and other communication mechanisms
• Keep up with changes in the industry and working with peers and colleagues within FIL and FMR to ensure an appropriate framework is in place to meet future needs
