What you will do
OTC (Order to Cash) department`s responsibility covers all processes related to receiving, processing and fulfilling customer`s requests for goods or services. ORDER to CASH department is continuously working on improvements and process enhancements to fulfill our customer`s requirements in highest quality to ensure customer satisfaction. As a Subject Matter Expert you will have the ability to address process gaps across the collections Cycle and Dispute Management process within the operations, and utilize process mapping, automation, process simplification and/or technology as part of the potential solutions opportunities. You will work with the collection operations and the business leaders to address operational defects to increase cash. This will also include training and communication with the end users and their constituents.

 How you will do it

? Sharing best practices and transformation proposals within Collections and Dispute process for OTC, utilizing problem solving skills across this process and tangential processes.

? Initiating OTC projects related to Collections & Disputes, coordinating project planning and implementation

? Coordinating transitions of Collections & Disputes activities to/from Regional Business Center, assuring completeness of deliverables of each transition phase on time and in high-quality

? Providing consultancy and support to Collections staff related to collections process, collections strategies, tools, etc. ? Providing Collections-related trainings to OTC staff, specifically in case of process changes and/or need for refreshing the knowledge of collectors regarding collections process, collection strategies, etc.

? Initiating reasonable enhancements of IT Tools related to Collections & Disputes in order to have the best possible IT support for the overall Collections & Disputes process

? Analyzing KPIs, results, and targets achievements related to daily operations in Collections & Disputes process in order to identify spaces for improvements in daily Collections & Disputes process

? Identifying potential compliance risks in Collections & Disputes, and propose necessary enhancements to Collections manager and/or Global Process Owner

? Providing support to OTC Global Process Owner in implementation of Collections & Disputes process changes

? Coordinating his/her activities with other OTC SMEs (e.g. for Credit, for Cash Application, etc.) in order to assure consistency and quality of end-to-end OTC process

? Regular review and validation of Collections & Disputes process and policies

? Monitoring and assuring that SOX controls in Collections & Disputes process are followed

 

What we look for

 ? University degree in business or adequate professional experience focusing on customer relations (Cash Collections, Customer Disputes Management, Credit, Sales, Call Center and /or Customer Service)

 ? 3 years of experience in the respective fields: Cash Collections, Customer Disputes Management, Credit, Sales, Call Center and /or Customer Service

? OTC process end-to-end understanding in reasonable level ? Previous experience with OTC projects is a strong advantage

 ? Strong process-based thinking, analytical approach, proactivity, and negotiation skills ? Fluent in English, other EMEA language is an advantage
