What you will do

Work closely with local leadership to implement and deliver improvements in process performance while achieving/maintaining certification that meets all JCI requirements.

Mentor other CI project leaders for certification and help accelerate results and improve the culture of continuous improvement within the regional Shared Services organization.

Improving the CI culture within all teams along their core value streams including Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report and Order-to-Cash.

Works as part of the Continuous Improvement team to identify key process improvement opportunities and leads process standardization and the transformation of high quality, process execution utilizing the Johnson Controls CI portfolio of tools available including Lean, Six Sigma, problem solving, etc.

Conduct and manage Green Belt, Lean, Kaizen and other CI related training for all Finance personnel sharing the responsibility with other Continuous Improvement peers.

Facilitate VSM/kaizen workshop and drive action closure.

What we look for

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business, Quality, Computer Science, or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within CI and the transactional arena
• Certified Black Belt from an accredited institution or business
• Finance background preferred, can lead Finance project independently
• Be able to conduct and manage Green Belt, Lean and other CI related training
• PMP certified preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and change agent
• Speaks English and Mandarin fluently
• Interacts with the functional team members well and is a team player
• Understands and demonstrates how to tie functional and operational demands and Finance enabling technologies that can help drive quality improvements for both Finance and the business.
• Able to communicate effectively through teaching and training others, while offering mentoring and help to other CI project leaders for their project success.
• The ability to learn quickly and progress rapidly from given process
• Good written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation
