Client Delivery and Development

1. Work closely with client stakeholders and internal tech teams to be responsible for organizing technical projects and ensuring the HR systems’ design, development and implementation could be delivered effectively
2. Support IT strategic projects, provide the technology solutions to clients and leverage the best practice in specific industry and domain expertise for customer-based business opportunities.
3. Partner with client stakeholders directly to define related technical strategies, create/upgrade client related technical implementation plan, end to end HR related system and tool design and related analytic technical solutions.

Qualifications and requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, preferably with technology consulting experience or ERP/HR Platforms implementation experience.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
4. Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities, high attention to details and is tenacious with follow-ups
5. Able to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline driven and service oriented environment
6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and effectively in a virtual team environment
