Responsibility:

1. Lead KT(knowledge transfer) for PTP team

2. Work with center lead to design and finalize PTP performance control framework (SLA/KPI/DTP...)

3. Performance control during transition period

4. People management(R&R/people develop plan...)

5. Performance control for all PTP related activities after go live

6. Communicate with global and local partners independently

7. Align global and local target, analyze and optimize process, realize efficiency improvement

8. Perform as PTP accountant for certain entity, like invoice audit/GRIR recon/closing..

Skill Requirement:

1. Accounting major; 5 years PTP experience; Good at ERP AP module usage (SAP/Oracle); 2 years team management experience is better (over 5 people)

2. SSC/BPO experience is better

4. Good at PTP process analysis and improvement

5. Good English on speaking, reading and writing

6. Good at Excel/Word and PPT usage
