1. 负责新生产设备软件和电气硬件的安装及维护, 负责设备作业指导书和PM作业指导书的指定；

Responsible for new lines software and equipment installation of the electrical part and maintenance, responsible for equipment electrical WI and PM WI preparation

2. 负责生产过程中设备电气故障的排除,确保生产任务的按时完成,组织维修人员对设备故障和停机进行分析改进，预防并降低设备停机率；

Responsible for machine electrical breakdown problem solving to ensure the production task implemented on time, organize maintenance team members to analyze and improve the machine electrical breakdown root cause and prevent re-occur, reduce the machine downtime

3. 负责对维修工设备维修和保养的培训；

Responsible for training to maintenance on equipment and maintenance

4. 负责质量体系中设备维修和管理相关部分的执行；

Responsible for equipment maintenance and management according to quality system requirement;

5. 负责由于过程改进和产品改进需要的设备升级改善；

Responsible for items related to process equipment improvement or EC implementation;

6. TPM的推行；

Responsible for TPM;

7. 设备软、硬件的库存及成本管理;

Responsible for equipment soft/hardware management and spare part preparation, control maintenance cost and spare parts safety stock to avoid machine breakdown.

8. 负责配合进行过程质量问题的分析；

Responsible for process quality issue improvement related on machine or equipment

9. 负责能源系统的优化和节能项目的运行。

Responsible the optimization about energy and energy saving.

10. 完成上级主管交办的其他相关事宜。

Finish other works assigned by leader。

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS (ESSENTIAL)基本知识和技能
