Technical Tasks: 

- Checking and implementation of customer orders 

- Coordination of the exact ZKW delivery date

- Planning at product introduction / changes / end of product 

- Maintenance of customer web accesses internet portal for important functions for the order management 

- Preparation of invoices for all deliveries and orders from the key account manager (tooling, development)

- Clarification of price differences with the key account manager 

- Integration / record of customer data in the ERP system which are necessary for Order Management (price contract)  

- Other assigned works and daily administration processing (daily closing, reports….) 

- Additional work as a preparation for sales representative 

- Support the whole department the daily activities (e.g. support and / or participate on business - trips, answering phone – calls in case people are outside of the company)

- Support in the preparation of customer – visits 

- Assist in the preparation of negotiations

- Prepare periodic reports, contracts, presentations, templates, spreadsheets, analysis and statistical reports

- Translate correspondence in Chinese and English

- Maintain SharePoint sites of sales department 

- Customer satisfaction valuation

- Contact person for customers, freight forwarders and internal departments

- Perform related work as required

- Cooperate with all the other departments from Dalian and region sales offices

- Other work assigned by the Company
