Key Responsibilities

 

?      You will act as the Senior Agile Project Manager with a focus on guiding teams towards improving the way they work

?      You need to have previous experience as a Senior Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master for at least 5 years in a software delivery team

?      Ideally, you will have experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organisations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.)

?      Global stakeholder management within and external to the Technology team

?      Managing stakeholder expectations with senior management across global business channels

?      Work with global teams to represent Asia, ensuring local country requirements are delivered under enterprise solutions

?      Work closely with technology counterparts (including solution architects), to ensure Technology delivery remains consistent with the Technology roadmap

Skills and Experience Required

?      Over 10 years’ experience (minimum 5 years in agile) delivering technology projects in a regional capacity, ideally with global stakeholders

?      Strong communication in both written & spoken English

?      Strong drive & adaptive to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets

?      Ability to provide clear & timely communication to key stakeholders

?      Analytical thinking & ability to resolve problems as they arise

?      Strong negotiation & influencing skills

Technical Skills Required

?      Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Continuous Deployments, Pairing, Automated Testing

?      Understand other processes and methodologies, be able to speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise

?      Strong knowledge of different delivery approaches eg: Scrum, Agile, XP, Kanban etc.
