1. 负责项目售前支持工作，如交流引导、方案编写、方案讲解、技术咨询等；

2. 参与公司系列产品的售前演示及培训工作；

3. 根据客户的需求进行方案定制；

4. 对行业内新技术新产品进行跟踪了解，结合公司产品技术优势进行比较分析，提供解决方案与产品定期进行资料更新汇总。

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具备2年以上的售前支持工作经验；

2. 具备较强的文档撰写和沟通能力，能独立完成项目方案的组织与撰写能力；

3. 具备较强的学习与抗压能力，能够适应短期出差的快节奏工作；

4. 工作态度严谨端正，学习能力和责任心强，有良好的团队精神和团队合作能力；

5.了解教育信息化行业者，或做过云计算解决方案者优先。
