·       Manage and lead at least two (AP/ AR/ RTL / GL) teams between 3 - 12 people within  multiple markets .Ensures full responsibility for team performance and execution in accordance with defined KPI‘s and in compliance with SLA

·       Support and drive company Mission and Vision, ensuring regular communication with the teams (direct and indirect reports)

·       Promote cross-functional collaboration, assuming a coordinative role between department tactics and operational objectives

·       Ensure Business Partner (BP) satisfaction and complaints resolution

·       Drive process improvement projects  and ensure adequate process changes and respective communication to team and BP

·       Active communication and issue resolution with  BP in order to optimize their satisfaction with service provided

·       Ensure compliance with Group Finance Manual standards and legal and tax requirements of the companies served (the latter as detailed in the local SLA’s)

·       Drive for simplification of processes and implement common processes wherever possible

·       First point of contact for other departments in regards to accounting or service questions

·       Develop and report on KPI`s; implement and monitor appropriate quality controls

·       Oversee and assist with preparation of documentation for year-end audit

·       Implements department strategies

·       Work is independent and collaborative in nature

·       Supervise daily work, provide guidance
