职位概要

默克集团VERSUM大连公司正在招聘安全领域的EHS专员。EHS专员将负责监督和维护所有现场安全项目如大连，上海，西安，等现场。 

EHS专员将负责所有现场安全程序文件的开发，并负责执行现场安全政策、法规和安全程序。该人员将分析现场危险趋势，并负责制定符合行业规范和公司标准的安全规程。 

EHS专员将主要负责现场安全事件、健康和安全项目的发展和实施，以及审核已建立的现场和安全项目的运行符合性。其他职责包括,但不限于,督促安全事故调查和确定适合的纠正措施,评估纠正措施的有效性,识别和减轻危险现场条件和实践,并与技术团队成员合作开发管理和工程控制流程，消除潜在的伤害或现场危害材料暴露风险。

 

职责:

1. 建立大连现场安全管理体系

2. 维护上海工厂（WGQ）安全管理体系运行

3. 执行和维护现场安全政策、法规和安全程序的更新

4. 实地评估员工安全行为

5. 负责安全计划实施;监督认证和安全政策合规性检查

6. 推动工艺改进和产品安全特性改善，以减少员工在现场接触化学和物理危害风险。EHS专员是公司和客户的联络窗口，以确保安全政策符合要求

7. 有质量体系管理经验

8. 负责对事故和伤害的调查，确定根本原因和制定预防措施

9. 审核新设备的安装规范，负责操作准备和安全签署，以确定是否满足所有标准要求

10. 积极与员工和客户沟通，获取工作场所安全/环境方面的信息

11. 回顾员工基本安全程序（BSP）要求和其他现场安全程序，根据确定安全风险趋势，进行改进，并确定改善措施的有效性

12. 负责员工的安全培训;监控合规性

13. 安全对外部组织联系窗口，如公司EHS部门、政府职业健康机构、消防部门和应急反应小组，以确保及时性，合规性

14. 编制、分析和解释现场安全数据，以制定现场持续改进计划

15. 质量体系建立、管理工作

    资质要求:

1. 具有EHS或相关工业安全标准的相关学历或正式培训/经验

2. 获得专业认证(认证安全专家)优先

3. 5年以上工艺安全或工业/半导体操作经验

4. 熟悉安全管理流程(LOTO & Energy Isolation, Work permit, limited space, Electrical, PPE等)

5. 具有超高纯度气体和/或化学品输送系统的操作经验优先

6. 40小时的OSHA HAZWOPER培训优先

7. 熟悉质量管理体系

8. 有极强的领导艺术

9. 优秀的沟通技巧

10. 性格外向，适合在大群体中演讲

11. 办公软件熟练

12. 适应经常出差（10天/月左右）

 

POSITION SUMMARY

 

Merck Group Versum Dalian is seeking accomplished individuals in the field of process safety to fill the positon of Safety Coordinator.  The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for the oversight and maintenance of all on-site safety programs at customer sites

 

The Safety Coordinator will provide input into the development of all site safety programs and will be responsible for enforcing safety policies, regulations, and safety processes on site.  This individual will analyze site hazard trends and will be responsible for the development of safety protocols that are consistent with industrial agencies and corporate standards. 

 

The Safety Coordinator will be the primary contact for site safety issues, health and safety program development and implementation, and auditing operational compliance of established site and corporate safety programs.  Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, facilitating safety incident investigations and identifying appropriate corrective measures, evaluating effectiveness of corrective measures, identifying and mitigating hazardous conditions and practices on site, and collaborating with technical team members to develop administrative and engineering controls designed to eliminate potential injury or exposure to materials used on site.

 

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITES:

 

1. Establish the Site safety management system (Dalian)

2. Maintain Shanghai factory (WGQ) safety management system

3. Enforce and keep site safety policies, regulations, and safety processes up to date

4. Focus on assessing employee behavior

5. Assign individual ownership to various site safety program; oversee certification and compliance

6. Recommend process improvement and product safety features that will reduce employees' exposure to chemical and physical hazards on site; safety coordinator will be expected to consult with corporate and customer site safety to ensure compliance prior to implementation

7. Lead investigation for accidents and injuries to determine root cause(s) and preventive measures

8. Review specification for new equipment install and accountable for operational readiness and safety sign off to determine whether all standard requirements have been met

9. Actively communicate with employees and customer to obtain information about work place safety/environment

10. Review employee basic safety process requirements and other site safety programs to identify trends, improvements, and determine effectiveness

11. Coordinates safety training for employees; monitors compliance

12. Maintain liaisons with outside organizations such as corporate safety, occupational health providers, fire departments, and emergency response teams to assure proper response when needed

13. Compile, analyze, and interpret site safety data to develop continuous improvement plans for the site

14. Quality QMS Work

     

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

 

1. Associates degree or other formal training/experience in EHS or related industrial safety standards

2. Professional certification (Certified Safety Professional) is a plus

3. 5 years minimum experience in process safety and/or industrial/semi-conductor operations

4. Knowledgeable in safety management processes (LOTO & Energy Isolation, Work Permitting, Confined Spaces, Electrical, PPE, etc.)

5. Experience with gas and/or chemical delivery systems in an ultra high purity operation is plus

6. 40 hour OSHA HAZWOPER training is plus

7. Experience with quality management system

8. Strong leadership skills

9. Excellent communication skills

10. Outgoing individual comfortable presenting to large groups

11. MS Office proficiency

12. Frequently travel is requested(10 days /Month)
