岗位职责：

一、日常工作

1．负责组织和协调学校、酒店、物业业务板块财务部日常会计核算工作，指导、监督会计人员各项工作；

2．建立、健全财务管理体系，对财务部门的日常管理、年度预算资金运作等进行总体控制；

3．负责协调与公司其它各部门的财务相关事宜；

4．对外协调与财政、审计、税务、银行及会计师事务所等社会中介机构的业务和联络工作；

5．组织编制各项财务收支及资金计划，落实和检查计划的执行情况，定期将计划的执行情向相关领导汇报；

二、项目性工作

1．参与公司投资行为、重要经营活动等方面提供建议和决策支持，参与风险评估、指导、跟踪和控制；

2．主持财务报表及财务预决算的编制工作，为公司决策提供及时有效的财务分析；

3．对公司税收进行整体筹划与管理，按时完成税务申报以及年度审计工作；

4．参与建立并完善公司各项财务管理制度、流程，并负责组织实施；

5．掌握公司财务状况、经营成果和资金变动情况，及时向上级领导汇报工作情况；

6．负责组织编制公司财务预算，预算执行控制、分析；

三、其他工作

1．出具每季度经营分析报告；

2．出具每月财务报表；

3．制订、完善财务制度、流程；

任职条件：

1、 45岁以下，五年以上财务工作经验，三年以上大型企业财务管理工作经验；

2、 财务、会计、金融、投资等专业本科及以上学历，拥有中级以上会计师职称，具有注册会计师资格证书者优先考虑;

3、 熟知国家财经法律法规政策，熟练操作财务软件; 具备良好的财务管理意识，熟知先进的财务管理方式。

4、 具备出色的财务管理经验及敏锐的洞察力和数据感觉，熟悉财务计划、成本分析、预算、成本核算等高级财务管理流程;

5、 具有良好的职业道德、严谨的工作作风以及高度的事业心和责任感，严守公司机密。

佛罗伦萨（大连）文化艺术交流中心位于大连市中山区港湾壹号，中心共四层，建筑面积17800平米，包括音乐厅、美术馆、录音棚、琴房、美术开放教室等，是以国际艺术教育、艺术留学和短期艺术游学等业务为主体，以艺术展览、音乐制作、艺术表演等为辅的国际艺术教育基地。课程涵盖音乐、美术、体育、舞蹈、中国传统艺术等，音乐、美术等主要课程由来自于意大利佛罗伦萨的青年艺术家任教，是国内迄今规模***的国际艺术教育和艺术体验区。
佛罗伦萨（大连）文化艺术交流中心师资力量主要来自于佛罗伦萨IL Trillo音乐学院和AD'A美术学院，这两所国际院校均位于欧洲文艺复兴发源地和欧洲艺术中心之一的意大利重镇佛罗伦萨，中心名字亦源于此。交流中心成为东西方文化交流的窗口和大连都市文化的新地标, 打造东北亚艺术教育中心。
作为国际化大型综合性艺术教育基地，佛罗伦萨（大连）文化艺术交流中心将为学员带来非同一般的国际化艺术教学和国际化艺术体验。中心学员不但可以亲身接受国际艺术家手把手的教导，不出国门即具开阔的国际视野，感受最具国际时尚感的艺术氛围，而且基于中心在国际艺术领域专业化的耕耘和与佛罗伦萨IL Trillo音乐学院和AD'A美术学院深度合作，中心学员可获得更多远赴欧洲近距离体验国际前沿艺术时尚，以及在国际舞台上展现自我艺术天赋的机会。让孩子们乘坐这艘艺术大船，从中国走向世界。

Florence (Dalian) Culture & Arts Exchange Center
Florence (Dalian) Culture & Arts Exchange Center is located in Harbor Plaza, Zhongshan District, Dalian. The center consists of four floors and the total construction area is 17,800 square meters, including the concert hall, the art gallery, the recording studio, music classrooms, art open classroom and so on. It is an international art education base supplemented by art exhibitions, music productions, and art performances, with international arts education, studying abroad, and short-term arts study tours as the mainstays. The courses cover music, art, sports, dance, traditional Chinese arts, etc. Music and art courses are taught by young artists from Florence, Italy. It is the largest international arts education and art experience area in the country.
The teaching staff of Florence (Dalian) Culture & Arts Exchange Center is mainly from IL TRILLO Scuola di Musica e Arte and AD’A (Accademia D’Arte AD’A). Both schools are located in Florence, Italy, the cradle of the European Renaissance and one of the European art centers, where the name of the centre derived from. The exchange center has become the window of cultural exchange between east and west, the new landmark of Dalian’s urban culture, and the center of arts education in Northeast Asia.
As a large international art education base, Florence (Dalian) Culture & Arts Exchange Center will provide students with international art teaching and extraordinary art experience. Students can learn from the top international artists, have a broad international perspective and feel the most international and fashionable art atmosphere without going abroad.
