1、全面负责集团营运中心系统的运营活动，保证集团公司市场营销的良性运转。

2、严格履行公司人、财、物的管理职责，按照公司人事制度进行综合管理。

3、按照董事会的既定方针、政策完成年度的市场营销任务指标，实现经董事会批准的预算和利润指标。

4、决定营销系统的人事录用、任免、调配、辞退、考核、奖惩等工作。

5、全面负责集团公司营销系统的整体业务，执行董事会决议，确保营销目标的实现。

6、监督营销系统内部各部门工作的完成情况以及相互之间的矛盾的协调及外部重大事件的处理。

7、建立健全高效、严密的营销组织体系。

8、向董事会制定公司市场营销宏观规划。

任职要求：

1、市场营销相关专业，10年以上市场营销工作经验，5年以上快消品行业（饮料行业优先）总经理或者销售总监以上岗位经验；

2、较强的管理协调能力、财务管理能力；

3、受过战略管理、组织变革管理、项目管理、管理能力开发等方面的培训。

4、良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正、具有亲和力，较强的独立工作能力和公关能力。
