一、Key Responsibilities:

    

    

1. Design and produce marketing communications (digital mainly, prints likely) for a client who is a global leader in the computer industry.

1. Collaborate with the design team, marketing team, and clients to develop creative solutions

1. Present and defend design decisions to peers and executive level stakeholders. Design decisions should be based on an overall design roadmap, your own design thinking, and fundamental principles.

    

向同事和相关负责人展示设计稿，设计稿应基于总体设计路线，并拥有自己的想法和创意原则

    

1. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

1. Be a great team player, and poses the ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters, and UX designers.

1. Design e-commerce, traditional digital content and final art by following job briefs, and/or creative briefs and by using existing assets or creating new ones. Creates production-ready files by following vendor specifications and client standards and by adhering to internal workflow process and quality control measures.

    

利用现有资源，通过工作brief或者创意brief对电商，传统的digital内容进行设计，最终定稿。通过遵循供应商规范和客户标准，遵循内部工作流过程和质量控制措施，创建生产准备文件。

二、Qualifications:

1. Degree in related field and 2+ years of experience as a Digital Designer in a creative facility.

1. Excellent typography, composition, and layout skills

1. Experience with ecommerce, retail brands or fast-churning clients/environments a MUST

1. Good fundamental production and printing knowledge
