Technical Support Executive with Japanese Proficiency 

? The role expected is after-sales support work centred on technical support for Japanese customers who have purchased HP products. 

?Support in Japanese via phone, email, chat, web case, etc. (English is also used depending on the customer's native language) 

? Technical support for software and hardware 

? Supports one case to the end based on total customer ownership

? Contributing to NPS aiming for high customer satisfaction 

? Those who are interested in IT technology (because you can learn from IT basics, you can start from IT beginner)

? Customer satisfaction and customer-oriented service mind 

Mandatory (must have) 

? Years of experience 0-3 years

? Must have good Japanese (written and oral) skills 

Non-mandatory (nice to have)

? The Japanese language skill certification (N1 or higher) 

? Call center experience 

? Freshers with an abroad degree
