* Bachelor of Engineering / Mechanical Design and Automation or similar with at least 10 years work experience in an construction machinery or automotive quality department and at least 4 years’experience as supplier quality engineer.

Job Description/ 岗位要求

* Supplier selection and evaluation. First time audits, product and process audits for our gearbox suppliers, based on a fundamental background of gear, forging, steel/iron casting and aluminum casting parts manufacturing.

* Supplier visit and audit for quality improvement.

* Product and Process approvals, technical support of suppliers as well as implement, running and continual improvement of a CAQ-System based on compliance and supplier management data.

* Evaluation of supplier 8D-reports and follow up.

* 评估供应商8D报告并跟进。

* Supplier development, trainings and improvement of supplier performance. Introduction and implementation of Liebherr quality concepts and corrective actions in supplier. Trouble shooting.

* 供应商开发，培训和提高供应商绩效。利勃海尔质量概念和纠正措施的介绍和实施。故障排除。

* Well understanding of work related English. Reading, writing and speaking.

* 熟悉与英语相关的工作。 阅读，写作和口语。

* Be able to work independent with suppliers, internal departments, European Liebherr companies.
