Ability to generate, visualise and present new ideas.

* Confident in approaching and communicating clearly with different people in various situations.

* Have a flexible and hands-on approach to responsibilities as well as the ability to meet set deadlines. 

* Ability to communicate, understand and guide customers based on customers' like, and conciuosly lead customers to buy in.

* Aility to create and deliver a complete home funishing design base on customers' like and needs.

 

A day in your life with us

 

1/ I have deep knowledge of customer life at home and their home furnishing needs.

2/ I stay up to date and knowledgeable about home furnishing, retailing, competitor and trends in order to contribute in workshops to generate creative ideas.

3/ I actively translate HF knowledge into locally relevant, functional home furnishing solutions that exceed customer expectations and reflect home furnishing the IKEA way.

4/ I secure high quality, simplicity, efficiency design using global tools and best practices.

5/ I collaborate with co-workers in trinity and CR for an effective implementation according to the alignment.

6/ I actively learn whole room design and interior design updated fashion trends and concept, and make full use of this during communication with customers in order to satisfy customer needs and lead customers to buy in.

7/ I know IKEA purchasing, design and after sales process to serve curstomer conviniently and have efficient cooperate with trinity.
