Job Description/Responsibility:Contractor position

May provide support to remote post-sales of Avaya software and/or hardware systems, sub-systems, and/or applications for customers or business partners, on premise or cloud.

May provide support to end user installations, configurations, upgrades and migrations through problem solving and troubleshooting, on premise or cloud.

May include supporting 3rd party products and occasional on-site support.

Completes projects and meets objectives as assigned by a supervisor.

Goals and objectives are assigned by an immediate supervisor.

Deals with routine to moderately complex problems or issues.

 

Job Requirements:

Typically requires Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience is preferred plus 1 - 3 years of related experience.

Fluent English and good communication skills, oral and written.

Knowledge/experience on one or more of following is preferred

Linux and network

AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud

VMware

Docker, K8S, DevOps and Microservices

Java, .Net, Node JS, Python, Golang programing

DB knowledge on Oracle, Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL

NoSQL, Kafka, Redis, ELK

Software design, delivery, QA
