Key responsibility：

  

1. Collaborate with operation leaders to Identify areas of significant Business Impact and improvement opportunities, identify and implement digital, drive and lead operation efficiency delivery
2. Responsible for delivering on retail commercial domain knowledge training initiative and implement, ensure development of team’s domain acumen
3. Provide strategy leadership in the Retail commercial space, especially in sales rev. reporting and vendor management areas
4. Connect & align with global team closely, enable the latest service line information to be cascaded in China

  

 

  

Skills & Capabilities:

  

1. Proven experiences and domain knowledge in Retail commercial – 6+ years
2. Interpersonal skills – communication & presentation skills are absolute must
3. Good exposure to re-engineering work vital
4. Project/program leadership skills. Ability to effectively work with a cross-functional team to deliver outcomes in a sophisticated and fast paced environment
5. Proactive and self-starter. Ability to work autonomously on a day to day basis (mentorship and induction into role is definitely available)
6. Excellent Japanese and good English language skill
