岗位职责：

1、受理电话、传真等不同形式的客房预订，将订房资料录入电脑并传达给相关部门和岗位；

2、严格遵守各项制度和操作程序；

3.为客人准确快速地办理入住登记手续，合理安排好各种房间；

4、独立安排散客或团队的房间；

5、检查当天团队房号，并与房态核实；

6、保持前台清洁整齐，检查所需表格、文具和宣传品是否齐全，并报告前台领班；

7、认真细致做好交接班工作，保证工作的延续性；

任职资格：

1、形象好，气质佳，年龄18—35岁，身高1.65以上；

2、大专及以上学历，1年相关工作经验，旅游、文秘、行政管理等相关专业优先考虑；

3、较强的服务意识，熟练使用电脑办公软件；

4、具备良好的协调能力、沟通能力，负有责任心，性格活泼开朗，具有亲和力；

5、普通话准确流利；

6、具备一定商务礼仪知识。
