岗位职责：

1. 全面主持全集团的日常生产经营管理工作，组织实施董事会相关决议、公司年度计划、投资方案等，定期向董事会、董事长汇报工作，主动接受监督。

2. 向董事会提出企业的更新、改造及发展规划方案。

3. 领导拟定和组织分解、布置、落实全集团的整体业务发展规划、年度经营计划，每季度总结进度，完成责任目标和年度经营计划。

4. 负责接受各子公司负责人的直接汇报，指导各子公司生产运营工作。

5. 负责召集和主持总经理办公会议，检查、督促和协调各公司、部门工作的进展。

6. 负责对副总经理工作的布置、指导、检查监督、评价和考核管理工作。

7. 负责所有新建土建、生产线项目协调和推进。

8. 负责追究处理各类原因给企业造成的经济损失和不良影响，处理公司突发性重大事件。

9. 领导拟订和审核全集团财务预算、决算。

10.批准公司规章制度、《质量环境手册》、方针、管理评审报告等ISO相关的文件。

11.审核公司工资奖金分配方案，审核经济责任挂钩办法并组织实施。

12.领导审核全集团的基本管理制度和具体规章以及公司内部管理机构设置方案。建立健全内部组织系统，协调各部门关系，建立有效合理的运行机制。

13.负责全集团产品对外重大市场公关、重大销售合同的谈判工作。

14.对全集团品质、安全工作负总责。

15.负责集团的企业文化建设及团队建设。

16.履行全集团企业章程授予的其它职权，完成董事会赋予的其它任务。

任职要求：

1、40岁以上，本科及以上学历；

2、十年以上大型制造业高管工作经验，在跨国公司、国企、民营企业担任集团总裁5年以上；

3、有大局观和科学决策的能力，有事业心，能够引领企业持续发展；

4、熟悉企业经营管理和工作流程，善于团队建设，精于企业文化建设。

5、具有敏锐的商业触觉、优异的工作业绩。

6、具有优秀的领导能力、出色的人际交往和社会活动能力。

7、具有亲和力、判断能力、决策能力、计划能力、谈判能力强。

8、良好的奉献精神和职业道德操守，有很强的感召力和凝聚力。

Dalian Ruiguang Nonwoven Group Co., Ltd. was founded in year 1991, the headquarters is located in the scenic Dalian Jinpu New District. It owns area of 200,000 m2 with clean and beautiful working e***ironment, over 1.45 billion RMB fixed asset, and more than 500 staffs.
