Job Description

Siemens Sensor & Communications Ltd. (SSCL) is part of Siemens Operating Company

SSCL R&D is part of the global R&D network within our business segment. Together with our

partners and customers, we constantly innovate our portfolio. Being on the road to industrial

digitization, Edge and End Devices in IIOT (industry IOT) are crucial and PI products play

hereby a significant role. As a consequence thereof, R&D team in Dalian is growing rapidly. We

are looking for bright-minded and promising partners for moving forward together.

What are my responsibilities?

In this role, you’ll participate to the complete Software development life-cycle.

• You will participate in conceptual work as well as programming and validation of

Software and its artifacts

• You will strive for high-quality designs by doing code-reviews, writing unit tests and reviewing of all artifacts produced during software development

• You will be a member of distributed, international team

• You are supposed to actively contributing to an agile development team with agile

mindset

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in embedded software development,

which you have ideally gained in a project-driven environment

• Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation,

Information Engineering or related)

• Good appreciation of industrial software solutions, architectures and field bus protocols

• OO design, UML

• OO programming (C++)

• Familiar with the most common development tools in the C/C + + environment, such as

Git, Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server

• Familiar with version management systems (e.g. ClearCase, Git), test automation (e.g.

python) and Continuous Integration (e.g. Jenkins)

• Familiar with the industry filed bus standard such as FF(foundation field bus) ,Profibus PA is a plus

• Good communication skills in English

座落于大连高新技术产业园区七贤岭的西门子传感器与通讯有限公司(简称:SSCL)成立于2006年10月17日，由西门子（中国）有限公司全资控股。工厂建筑面积约15000平方米。这是西门子工业领域在中国的第十五个工厂，也是传感器与通讯部门总部在中国的第二个工厂。首批产品压力变送器的正式投产开始于2007年8月，本公司在过程仪表领域现已拥有广泛的业务范围,主要产品如下：压力变送器、远程位置调节器、电磁流量计、超声波传感器、电容开关、动态称重产品。西门子传感器与通讯有限公司的主要业务聚焦于制造工业过程仪器仪表，如流量计、压力变送器、物位传感器、动态称重产品。大连拥有一切所需的测试装置。服务中心提供集成、安装、调试、维修等现场服务支持；与其相结合的维修中心负责产品的售后服务。
