Key Responsibilities

Daily processing and verification of mutual fund dealing instructions from clients 

Daily dispatch and verification of client instructions to different processing divisions

Receive, collect fund information, process to internal applications, and verify fund information on public website 

Ongoing liaison with Asia regional FIL operation teams to ensure a smooth workflow are carried out on time

Follow up on outstanding issues and raise enquiries and provide assistance for problem solving

Ensure that the daily workflow adheres to anti-money laundering, compliance, fraud control and other internal policies

Prepare statistical reports

Working hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm or 10 am to 7:00 pm (Monday to Friday) depending on your role assignment

May need to work extra hours based on operational requirements

May need to work on public holidays

Any other tasks assigned by your line manager

Experience and Qualifications Required

BS or higher degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Business or related discipline

Previous experience of Finance or Fund Management industries will be an advantage

Fluent in English (CET-6 or above)

Good time management and problem solving skills

Detail oriented, good logical thinking 

Quick learner

Good communication skills

Good MS Office skills, especially on Excel and PowerPoint
