内容：

欧美500强甲方职位，负责公司内部application项目的整个生命周期，包括需求分析、开发、交付。

要求：一定要有丰富的项目管理（PM）经验。软件开发出身，开发语言不限做过的项目包括但不限于公司内部系统，social media, 微信小程序..热衷于了解前沿IT技术。英语流利，口语无障碍沟通。

Responsibilities：

The job holder is responsible for providing aligned and appropriate IT solutions for Asia Pacific processes in the global system landscape by performing, steering and supervising.

1. Deep understanding of major activities and business process of General and Employee Service, Communication Areas

2. Main contact person for providing IT applications support for the key processes like Event Management, Travel Management, Internal and External Communication, Workflow Systems.

3. Manage vendor and contractors for service delivery within SLA

4. Provides IT solutions and technical documentation for the related processes (according to business blueprint).

5. Work with continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

6. Maintain Trust working relationship with stakeholders and country partners in COMPANY China, region and global.

7. Actively shares knowledge and informs global development community (IDENT)as well as team about new technologies.

8. Accountable and responsible for integrity and functionality of Business processes and IT Solutions.

9. Deep understanding of the COMPANY systems as well as the operating model to foster partnering between the process teams

Qualifications：

-University degree or above, majored in Computer Science or related

-Strong experience in IT Application Support

-Experience with JAVA or. NET and basic knowledge for Database or Server are plus

-Experience with vendor and contractor management

-Familiar with General and Employee Service, Communication business, its process and local policies. Could relate to the underlying IT application and infrastructure.

-Fluent in both written and spoken English

-Good Communication Skill and Team Player

-Logic thinking and reliable -Self-motivated, eager to learn and adapt to change

-Able to work effectively in a multicultural environment, regionally and globally.
