job requirements

  

1.Undergraduate college qualification or equivalent experience or above

  

2.Related majors about Enterprise Resource Planning or Computer software

  

3.At least 1-year SAP experience (experience in purchasing or sales modules is preferred) or at least 1-year JAVA experience

  

4.At least 1-year experience in the manufacturing industry

  

5.Familiar with standard functions of SAP product (especially in purchasing or sales modules)

  

6.Familiar with ITIL methodology and its implementation

  

7.Good communication skills in both written and oral English

  

Fluent at standard mandarin communication

  

Customer and service oriented working attitude

• Perform daily operational work for SAP related applications with minor supervision

• Resolve normal and less complex incidents and problems following defined processes and procedures

• Accountable for the timeliness, completeness and quality of their own output
