· Oversee and provide direction to ERP implementation and change management.

· Optimize the utilization of Planning, purchasing and warehouse management and efficient pick system

· Communicate the company’s vision and values. Facilitate inter-department and inter-function department communications to ensure smooth operation.  Drive engagement and cross functional culture change within the Supply Chain functions.

· Evaluate, recommend improvement activities in planning, purchasing and warehouse system.

· Evaluate, recommend and direct the implementation of cost optimization projects.

· Evaluate and implement operations excellence through enhancement of systems and processes to improve efficiency, quality or service level and cost optimization.

· Oversee and direct supply chain planner, purchasing, logistics and warehousing.

· Liaise with external parties (M3) to optimize ERP Info- M3 system integration.

· Drive ERP system to achieve continuous improvement in planning/scheduling and Warehouse Management System (WMS)

· Coach and develop staff team in areas of technical and operational requirements.

· Develop and support an end to end Supply Chain linking all cross functional areas

· Develop operational and business synergies with other departments

· Perform the role of Power/Super user for M3 and provide coaching and mentoring role to M3

· Drive inventory, Supply and demand planning and execution.

· Review material shortages, stock outages, and safety stock levels while working with Contract Manufacturers, Purchasing and Manufacturing to meet customer requirements. Propose changes when needed

· Assess impact to materials availability and production schedule from customer sales opportunities that may be affecting demand for product over and above the plan.

· Identify and implement system and process improvements within the supply chain to enable overall business process improvement.

· Develop existing forecast and supply programs to improve current days of inventory and cash cycle.

· Analyze inventory levels and product demands to determine reorder levels and safety stocks that will ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs.
