工作职责:
The Transformation Senior Project Lead drives transformation and delivers value through flawless project execution, change agility and a growth mindset. She/he works with partners from the Finance, Business Operations and Global Supply (FBO&GS) division such as Commercial Finance, Controllers, Pfizer Global Supply Finance, Procurement, Tax, GFS CoEs and Treasury on key strategic initiatives planning and execution.
The Transformation Senior Project Lead role reports directly to GFS Asia Transformation director and is accountable for the followings:
Key accountabilities include:
Lead global projects as overall Project Manager, and serve as part of Project Management teams supporting major transformational initiatives including ERP deployment, Process Migration, Regional Banking Solution, Merger & Acquisition, Spin Off, Divesture and Joint Ventures etc.
Ensure communication, coordination and alignment with key stakeholders across the FBO, GFS each CoE sites , commercial and PGS finance leaders , ERP , controller , GMX etc
Be responsible for overall project management from initial stage; define the project plan including key deliverables in each milestone , reporting methodology, project execution and completion
Drive change impact and communications
Complexity and Scope of Responsibility
Assist Transformation head to Lead and manage large-scale strategic / transformation projects with significant impact to FBO&GS e.g. HSP Wren, OFG, Red Bull, Upjohn etc.
Mobilize cross-functional finance teams, divisions, CoE sites and external vendors in scoping, planning, presenting, and execution of assigned projects
Acts as site representative in governance meetings for global projects / initiatives
Maintain the integrated project roadmap including initiative timelines, risks and dependencies.
Manages multiple projects/ ongoing work activities of moderate complexity within the department typically involving cross-functional representatives?
Breadth and Depth of Knowledge
Demonstrate strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills
Exhibits business expertise and an understanding of the external market- place and customer requirements.
Strong business acumen and professionalism with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues in all functional areas of Pfizer
Uses knowledge of industry, customer requirements and general business environment to adapt and implement strategic actions for global initiatives
Outstanding project management and communication skills
Actively shares knowledge with multiple functions in different Operating Unit through existing knowledge sharing processes, meetings, workshops etc.
Stakeholder Management
Proactive inclusion at initiation stages (Ongoing) for all important projects that are global or regional. Ensure engagement with F&BO partners at the project initiation stage to introduce the project, discuss impact to business partner .
Open inclusion in solving challenges (Ongoing) where GFS & Business partners experience challenges in transformational areas, conduct prompt workshops and partner forums with impacted business partners to strength on the transformational projects execution
Set up the regular review rhythm, drive on proactively and timely communication with business stakeholders
Partner together with stakeholders for all kinds of initiatives, to ensure all projects/initiatives delivering with quality and on time.
Ensure effective communication, coordination and alignment with business stakeholders on key initiatives

Execute a robust compliance culture and drive proactive process risk assessment and management for process, operational and transformational activities while leading transformation project initiatives
Ensure the execution of compliance tollgate checklist to ensure the finance process and data is fully comply with internal and external compliance and controllership requirement
Identifies existing process improvements and may take appropriate risks to develop innovative ideas/processes to improve the department’s work processes

Fully assist business stakeholders to assess the business impact and understand the interdependencies while implementing the project initiatives to achieve the effective decision making
?Change Management
Define and management stakeholders, their engagement, and communications throughout the project lifecycle
Build change management strategies and plans for key change initiatives to enhance the business stakeholders/users adoption and usage
Lead the change management activities in the transformation initiatives , supporting communication and training efforts, monitoring change adoption
Assess how the high level/detail impacts of the global initiatives solution will bring change to local key processes, people and technology.
Define training needs, determines content required for each stakeholder group, and drive training/communication delivery
Serve as primary liaison with groups to facilitate program communications
Continually update communication plan throughout the lifecycle of the project execution
Educate business partners about value of change management and engage community of change practitioners across organization
任职资格:
Basic Qualification
8+ years of work experience in accounting and finance
5+ years of experience on project management and implementation, change management, and strong analytical skills to lead issue identification and resolution across regions and functions
5+ years of people management / stakeholder management / coordination experience
5+ years of experience in Shared Services environment and business process outsourcing preferred
Clearly demonstrate the interpersonal, communication and strategic planning skills necessary to interact and facilitate change with business partner.
Experience in working with diverse, high-level, corporate, and divisional personnel, and exhibit energy & passion with the ability to get things done
ERP system Subject Matter Expert
Excellent oral, written English skills
Preferred Qualification
University minimum Bachelor degree in finance/accounting/business related field required
Certified with accounting related qualification or PMP
