JOB DESCRIPTION

Assists basic financial planning activities of the businesses through the preparation and analysis of various centralized financial business process related projects and reports highlighting operating performance.

  

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

OTC

Prepare and consolidate current status and check accuracy

Timely (program) reporting of all key financial information for respective business unit or reporting unit

Coordinate and consolidate, where appropriate all financial reporting

Help maintain and develop financial reporting systems and ensure that supporting systems are implemented and maintained at the Division and Plant levels.

Coordinate the implementation of all standard financial procedures as required, develop procedures

Secure Hyperion  validation accounts are properly reviewed

PTP

On time and accurate preparation of regular reports, supporting management, other departments or internal customers.

Calculation of Key Performance Indicators for Accounts Payable

Preparation of Ad Hoc reports and analysis

On time and accurate reconciliation of AP sub-ledger to General Ledger Follow up on open Unreconciled and Reconciling items

RTR

Support financial analyses, variance analyses, review P&L / BS, comparison to FCST

Be an integral member in the monthly financial close process and perform ad hoc projects and analysis as needed

Analyze business results for key takeaways to achieve business objectives, coordinate and consolidate, where appropriate all financial reporting

Monitor compliance with controls and systems

Support detailed financial models for business segments, drive business initiatives, and identify, implement, and deliver key operational efficiencies

Timely (program) reporting of all key financial information for respective business unit or reporting unit

Continuous improvement of financial reporting systems

Support the implementation of all standard financial procedures and procedure development

Timely react on any requests from external parties (i.e. auditors, internal customers)

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION):

Bachelors (or local equivalent) Degree required. Accounting and / or finance / mathematics

LANGUAGES:

Fluent in English; bi-lingual capabilities preferred

EXPERIENCES:

3 years+ of progressively more responsible assignments

OTHERS:

Professional accountancy Qualification such as, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, ACA –OR– MBA recommended

MSOffice, SAP, Oracle & Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience, BPO/SSC relevant industry experience is a must

Strong experience with global operations, including acquisitions, joint ventures, financial planning, contracts, etc.
