Position Main Responsibilities

Handling customer claims and related customer quality topics from project kick-off till EOP

1．CUSTOMER CLAIM MANAGEMENT since from Project phase

Coordinate communication related to quality with the customer and relevant visits on-site. ? Notify customer complaints issues within the organization and coordinate related meetings.

Visit on-site based on customer complaints if required.

Coordinate Failure Analysis activities with Laboratory for the claimed FG pieces. 

Prepare work instruction and training for sorting/rework activities and follow-up. 

Organize multifunctional groups for preparation of 8D report and related activities. 

Prepare and issue 8D report to Customer. 

Manage the field parts analyses activity and submit to customer. 

Coordinate and solve the quality issue from intercompany product. 

2. CUSTOMER QUALITY AUDIT MANAGEMENT since from project phase 

Coordinate customer audit according to Customer Audit Management Guideline. 

Coordinate all activities of Action Plans based on Customer Audit findings. 

Follow up all customer findings and actions. 

3. CUSTOMER QUALITY DOCUMENTATION 

Participate Know-How transfer meeting for new projects. 

Review documents PPAP to ensure all problems related to quality are addressed and solved. 

Review customer requirements and deploy internally or with HQ if necessary. 

Collect and share the customer training material and special requirements.     

Experiences required:

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering / Electrical and Electronic Engineering is preferred.

3 years’ experience in Customer quality in automotive industry.

Knowledge of IATF16949 and VDA6.3

PPAP, APQP, MSA, FMEA, SPC, 8D

Familiar with manufacturing process of Ignition Coil product or other electronic products.

Applicable Customer Specific requirement (CSR).

The principle of 6 Sigma and lean.

Microsoft office.

SAP

Statistical tools (Q-DAS, Minitab).
