2、分析职位要求，做好人才招聘搜寻工作，寻找合适的候选人；

3、与候选人沟通，对候选人进行面试与评估，制作并提交人才报告；

4、制作与发送offer；

5、做好候选人与客户关系的维护工作。

任职要求：

1，大专以上学历；

2，至少半年以上招聘或猎头经验，或计算机软件、互联网等行业经验1年以上，有成功案例；

3，沟通表达能力强，学习能力较强并愿持续学习。
