Primary Duties

• Through the COE, provide information reporting (through reports and portlets) capabilities and expertise to support the users of APAC Finance and commercial team.

• Interface with the internal clients for consulting of reporting capabilities, demonstration of available and future functionalities and requirements gathering.

• Develop a sustainable reporting strategy to meet the day to day, executive and ad- hoc reporting needs of the organization.

• Primary interface with APAC FP&A team regarding: planning, forecasting, actual results and HFM submissions for both operational and legal entity reporting requirements.

• Reviews accuracy of balance sheet trends to ensure accuracy and potential gaps.

• Coordinates and support APAC planning and forecasting processes, including establishing top-down commitments based on key assumptions.

• Coordinates and consolidates the source reporting data for the operating Review packages

• Provides oversight and manages SG&A spending cost centers and performance. Reviews SG&A spending with leadership team.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• Min 3 years accounting/ FP&A experience

• Proficient Excel and other Reporting skills

• Knowledge ERP and Finance Tool is essential and SAP and Hyperion preferred

• A highly motivated individual capable of handling multiple responsibilities and presenting financial information to senior management.

• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
