岗位职责：

3. 按相应程序执行供应先进及制程材料所需的运作，包括但不限于更换前驱体容器、 特殊电子气体容器和日常巡检。

4. 按相应程序执行安全和技术咨询、故障排除及保固支持服务、设备维护或修理、设备启动和调试包括但不限于特殊电子气体和前驱体的供应和分发设备和相关监测系统。

5. 现场服务和项目管理支持。

6. 相关的业务紧急响应运作。

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上毕业，具工程，机械，电气，化学，电子等相关专业者优先。

2. 无经验可，已具至少一年以上相关工作经验者优先。入职后本公司提供相关培训。

3. 入职后须取得危险化学品操作技术证书、已取得证书者优先。

4. 乐于学习，亲和力佳，自我激励，形象职业。

5. 略懂英语优先。

6. 良好的沟通技巧，关注细节。

7. 具备基础的计算机应用能力。

8. 居住武汉者优先

  

Position Summary This position will be responsible for providing assistance in Technical Service/Troubleshooting/Repair and Megasys Operation including container change-out at customer sites and ensuring that the site Technical Services and Operation are carried out per Versum Materials requirements and/or protocol(s). This position remains contactable 24/7 and is a member of Emergency Response for our customer sites and is active participation in customer meetings and/or audits. Responsible for Best Practice and Continuous Improvement implementation and compliance. Report submission, as required, pertaining to Technical Services and Operation activities. Work closely with commercial team to achieve targets. Business travel is required to fulfill services regionally. Responsibilities 1. EH&S：
i. Annually EH&S KPI achievement ii. Annually Safety Improvement Plan (SIP) participation. iii. Annually EH&S training completion. iv. Monthly BSP Participation. v. Compliance Management (CM) and ITS compliance and participation. 2. Quality：
i. Annually Quality KPI achievement and participation. ii. Annually Quality development plan completion. iii. Annually Quality training plan completion. iv. Quality audit findings improvement and action plans follow up. v. Non-conformance reports investigation, action plan follow up. vi. Related business urgency response operation. vii. Customer Performance KPI Review completion. 3. Field Services and Operations Support i. Related business urgency response operation. ii. Safety and Technical Consultancy, troubleshooting support, service maintenance and/or repair activities iii. Equipment Startup and Commissioning support including but not limited to specialty gas and precursor delivery and distribution equipment and associated monitoring system. iv. Field Services and Project Management support. v. AM/PM Operations support including but not limited to precursor container change, Specialty gas container change and daily log-in.
Qualification/Skill Required 1. Minimum a diploma is required. With background of Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering is preferred. 2. Minimum 1 years working experience in Semiconductor Industry, or any other related industries is preferred. 3. Learn expertise of equipment services aggressively. 4. Good communication and coordination skills. 5. Fluent in English writing and speaking is plus. 6. Candidate must successfully pass required physical screenings and pass qualification of pressure vessel operation based on the government requirement within 6 months after on board. 7. Business travel up to 3 months per year is expectation.
