Due to continued growth and expansion we are currently looking for a SAP HR Project Manager for our projects in Asia Pacific:
Essential Job Functions
? Managing all aspects of the project/s including scope, risks, integration, issues and financials
? Lead project team meeting in discussing project related items including requirements gathering, progress and issues update
? Ensure alignment and compliance with the defined project management methodologies, governance structures, processes, tools, reporting regimes and approaches
? Perform quality control check on project deliverables
? Planning and managing build, test and deployment activities
? Communicate project progress to key stakeholders of the business
? Manage project delivery expectations and relationships with clients and partners
? Collect and record project knowledge and experience and seek to actively impart this to other members of the professional services team
? Deliver project and risk review services
? Working closely with Operation and Delivery Managers to define, drive and manage projects by taking responsibility for the overall solution.
? Assisting in pre-sales activities for new clients
? People Management
China Specific Requirements
? Knowledge of payroll rules.
? Knowledge of local lodgments services and coordination of services for china lodgments services
? Knowledge of China HR Solutions (SAP, Platinum etc) and HR Business Processes.
Basic Qualifications
? Bachelor or Master Degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
? At least 5 years demonstrable Project Management experience working in an HR operational environment or on HR IT projects
? Experience with SAP HR modules, as well as, other HR applications
? Experience managing medium to large projects and exposure to project management methodologies
? Exceptional written and verbal communications skills and fluent in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
? Strong customer focus, leadership and facilitation skills
? Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in and manage a team
? Proactive, innovative and flexible approach
? Willing to travel.
